All Weather Gallop
Four furlong woodchip “All Weather Gallop”, which is white railed for both horse and jockey safety. The Gallop comprises of just under 2 furlong enclosed circular gallop with a 2 furlong plus adjoining straight. The straight has a gradual incline. The gallop is 3 meters wide, which can accommodate 2 horses abreast comfortably, in its entirety.
Grass Gallops
Six furlong right handed undulating grass gallop. It is ideal for teaching horses to go up and down hills appropriately. Six furlong circle. Ideal to introduce horse onto grass surface, with the all important possibility of going either way. Five furlong Hill Gallop. This gallop is an inverted “C” where you can gallop along a flat straight for just under 2 furlongs and turn left up a 1in 10 gradient of a hill for over a furlong, bring you back unto the level, you can continue on a straight for over 2 furlongs which incorporates a steady incline to the top. Other gallops are available on request and can be tailored to your personal needs.

Bridal Path
There is a bridal path connecting the car park facilities to the circular all weather gallop, this is self contained, enabling a safe passage for even the most novice of horses.
Schooling Facilities
Accessible from the “All Weather Gallop” there are three plastic hurdles and 2 birch chase fences, these are all set out on grass. Both chase and hurdle fences are wide enough to be jumped 3 abreast.
Car Park
The car parking facilities have easy access from the road with a wide entrance and room to turn all sizes of vehicles.
Wash Bays
These have been placed indoors for your comfort, easily accessible from the car park, so enabling your horse to be washed down promptly.
Viewing Area
There is a large viewing area which is wheelchair accessable. This shelter allows owners and trainers easy access to view their horses on the All Weather Gallop and across onto the schooling grounds.
